FAQs

Original espresso works best when you brew it with 50ml of water. When fully charged, you can get 4-5 cups (50ml). If using 80ml of water, the machine can only heat the water and extract 2-3 cups.

1. Check that you have pushed the capsule firmly into the holder.

2. Check that you put the capsule holder into the filter holder correctly.

3. Check whether the handle is tightened to the body, otherwise brewing may fail.

Yes, but you should know that the higher the altitude, the lower the boiling point. The heating temperature will be below 94°C. I recommend taking this machine to the mountains below 6500 feet.
