- Extra fine or fine powder (200-400 μm): Our coffee machine is an espresso machine. It can therefore only prepare espresso or lungo. We therefore strongly recommend that you use the extra fine or finely ground powder (200-400 μm). This guarantees that the crema of the coffee is sufficient.

- To make a successful espresso, make sure you choose proper grade ground coffee and the portafilter screwed on tightly or the grounds/capsule holder properly installed. And Conqueco can only be extracted for heating when the power indicator is lit by at cells.
- Please use 5V/3A USB wall charger to charge. The machine will not be charged while using a charger below 15W (e.g. the Apple 5W charger).If the power lights flash 5 times and the machine beeps 3 times while using, it indicates the power is too low. Please operate after fully charged.
- After tests in Conqueco factory, our 13500mAh battery heats 80ml of water from 25°C to the extractable temperature (96°C) 5 times after fully charged. However, if water is less than 80ml, heating time and the number of extraction will vary according to your volume.

How many coffees can I make for a fully charged?
- 4 cups for Nespresso and about 5 times for ground coffee
- If using hot water, it can be brewed 200+ times
l How long does it take to make a coffee?
For Nespresso it usually takes 2.5 to 3.5 mins, and 5 mins for ground coffee. Brewing time really depends on the water and surrounding temperature. The higher temperature, the more battery capacitive of the machine, the less time spend.
What are the functions of the upper and lower key buttons?
Short press for the upper or lower button can display the capacitive of the battery. Long press the upper button for brewing coffee with cold water. Long press the lower button for brewing coffee with hot water, and the coffee will come out instantly.
Can I use reusable coffee capsules?
Our coffee maker can use repeatable coffee capsules, but we do not sell this product. You can choose which repeatable coffee capsules you would like to purchase on Amazon.
If you want to use a ground coffee that suits your taste, we recommend buying a ground coffee room.
How long does it take to fully charged the battery?
It will take 6.5 hours to fully charged by using 10 watts(5V2A) charger, only takes 5 hours for 15 watts(5V3A) to do so.
How many brews can I get if I use hot water?
Boiling water take most of the battery out of the machine, and if you use hot water for instant brewing, it will make more than 200 brews before you have to charge it.
Which Nespresso capsules can I use?
The machine fits most of the Nespresso capsules on the market, like Nestle、Lor、Starbucks、Lavazza、illy etc. Please note that all plastic capsules will not fit the machine.
How much water do I need to finish a brew?
It takes 40ML for Nespresso capsules (please read the capsules instruction for details and it variously for different capsules). For ground coffee, it will take up to 80ML. Please mind that do not add up water excel the MAX lever.
How many grams do I need to do a brew?
Generally, you will need 13 grams for one brew ground coffee.
It messes up when I fill the gourd coffee to the chamber.
You can use our accessory powder ring to fill the coffee. The package includes powder hammer also. Please note that the water tank cup can also be fitted to press the coffee powder.
How to clean ground chamber completely?
Put the ground chamber in the hot water, then use mental stick punch the stainless steel holder on the backside.
The chamber is leaking，and the “coffee” come out just like water.
It is likely that the capsule did not puncture, causing excessive pressure and water flowing out of the chamber. Tighten the chamber and try with a different capsule.
There is still a lot of water left in the water tank, and the coffee is not liquid enough.
When the water is discharged, the machine detects that there is no water and stops the water discharge, but there is a total time control. When the pressure is not enough, it is suspended, it is intermittent, and finally it exceeds the total length of downtime. Customers can try with different capsules. It is also estimated that the capsule does not puncture and causes excessive pressure. There is also a relationship between the tightness of the capsule head, which cannot be too loose, and the cutting board is not worn if it is too loose.
